POSITION 1- Inside Sales Representative


  • Some sales experience required, ongoing sales training is provided
  • High earning potential- base salary, plus commissions


PURPOSE OF POSITION


The Inside Sales Representative position is primarily responsible for keeping up and following up on leads who engage in BBM products such as classes, webinars, summits retreat and convert them into customers. You will reach out to prior and potential clients to increase closing, participation with events and product subscriptions.





RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels
  • Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
  • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team


QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Daily Tracking CRM for warm leads
  • Nourishing leads that are not closed yet.
  • Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels
  • Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
  • Convert leads into customers
  • Track and report on all leads within the pipeline or social media platforms
  • Confidently do the follow ups and report daily on team meeting
  • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team

COMMITEMENT


This is part -time Monday to Friday 7:30am to 1pm est with additional hours/times as needed on event sites

(virtual and in persona as needed)

Physical Requirement


This job requires long hours of seating on a computer, talking on phones, and traveling to the Caribbean 50% of the

time

POSITION 2 - CFO (Chief Financial Officer )

High earning potential- base salary


PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE


The chief financial officer is responsible for reviewing potential strategic business partnerships for operational and financial opportunities and risks. As a true business partner to the CEO the CFO is responsible for the overal organizational peformace in regard to both the annual budget and the brand long term strategy


The CFO will develop tools and system to provide critical financial and operational information to the CEO and make actionable recommendation on both strategy and operation


The CFO will ensure that long term budgetary planing and costs management are in alignment with the BBM brand startegic plan expecially as the organization considers sponsorships potential aquizitions and colaborations with external organizations


This position is also responsible for identifying determining and supporting key relationships by seeking to understand clients needs for long term growth. Provide excelent business insights, guidance and colaborate with our CEO and excecutive team to create successful long term business partnerships


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop the financial foundation of the organization.
  • Providing Financial Projections, accounting oversight, and growth plans
  • Develop an establish financial, organizational operational strategies using financial and accounting information analysis and recommendations to information strategic thinking and direction, and by establishing functional objectives in alignment with the organizational objectives
  • Develop and report financial strategies forecasting capital facilities and staff requirements
  • Identify monitary resourses and developing action plan
  • Daily review and report on growth and strategy.
  • Call, email and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of an opportunity
  • Track and report on daily team meeting

  • Certified Public Accountant Certification and Forfirm experience is a plus
  • Prier CFO in a pubic company mid size to large. a plus
  • Minimum 5 years experiecne in accounting and financial management practices

COMMITMENT
